Our mission is to amplify the employment and educational opportunities of young adults in San Francisco that have been impacted by poverty, incarceration, and underemployment. Helping persons that are disadvantaged and at-risk with no education or job experience by providing skill acquisition, job training, job placement, and comprehensive support services.

​Lanval Family Foundation was founded to give back to the society and celebrate the name and values of the late Kayode AbdulKadir Lanval. He lived an altruistic life, gave his all, and ensured he leaves everyone around him smiling despite his inadequacies as a human. As a way to propagate his values, the foundation will aggressively work in the public space to enhance skill acquisition and training to help the underserved, at-risk, and disadvantaged populations, see to equal opportunity to medical and housing needs, promote family values, pro-social and cognitive measures, and above all direct the human mind to faith.
